doodlebug Open Studio
It is with great a sadness and best wishes that we say farewell to the doodlebug Art Studio as Marnie Delaney moves on to the next chapter of her life.
Marnie Delaney, who began doodlebug in 2001, is retiring for health reasons after an almost 20 year career teaching and enjoying the children of Marin and their families. First through her shop on San Anselmo Avenue and, subsequently, here at the Isabel Cook Community Center. She is extraordinarily grateful for the support of the many wonderful students, customers and co-workers who have become her extended family.
Please join us in thanking Marnie for all the countless projects she created, smiles she encouraged, and creativity she inspired. She has always brought so much joy to the children of Marin and allowed them to really be themselves while discovering their love for the art.
You can still pick-up any remaining artwork in the studio at the Isabel Cook Recreation Center (1000 Sir Francis Drake Blvd. across from the Red Hill Shopping Center) through September 22nd during these times*:
*If your child attended summer camp during one of these weeks, your projects will be available for pick-up accordingly: Week of July 30 - ready 8/29; week of August 6 - ready 9/5; week of August 13 - ready 9/12.
Projects not picked up by September 23rd, 2018 will be discarded.
Thank you again for your support of the doodlebug programs thus far and we look forward to many new and exciting art programs in our future.
